We're a cash-pay wellness studio and do not bill insurance directly. We can provide an itemized superbill for HBOT and other services that you may submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA for possible out-of-network reimbursement — coverage varies and is not guaranteed. We also offer Affirm, PayPal Pay Later, and CareCredit for multi-session protocols.

Is there a shower available to use before and after the cold plunge?

Heads up: our cryo machines are currently down for service. Once they're back online we'll reopen localized cryo for face (cryo facial), joint and tendon work (knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle), and post-procedure recovery, plus whole-body cryo for systemic recovery, contrast pairing with the sauna, and our 'cryo + red light' face protocol. What is the temperature for the infrared sauna?

Our full-spectrum infrared sauna runs 140–155°F (60–68°C) — lower than a traditional Finnish sauna because infrared heats the body directly rather than the air. Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes. The dry-heat sauna in the contrast suite runs hotter, 175–195°F.

Sequential pneumatic compression — air-filled boots, sleeves, or hip attachment that inflate in timed segments to push fluid back toward the heart. Used after training, long flights, or surgery to clear lymph, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. We use Normatec Pulse 2.0 and RecoveryAir systems. Sessions are 20–45 minutes.

HBOT is breathing oxygen at higher-than-atmospheric pressure. Pressure dissolves oxygen directly into blood plasma (not just hemoglobin), driving it into tissues hemoglobin alone can't reach. Can I increase the pressure or oxygen concentration during my session?

No — pressure and oxygen are set by the protocol your physician or our medical director cleared you for. Pressure is increased gradually at session start (compression) and decreased gradually at session end (decompression) by the technician; guests don't adjust it mid-session. If you want a deeper protocol, that's a clearance and protocol-upgrade conversation, not a same-session change.
