These policies are incorporated by reference into all ReEnergized membership agreements. By signing your membership agreement, you agreed to these policies. We may update them with 30 days notice posted here and emailed to your address on file. Continued use of the studio after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

Therapy-Specific Risk Disclosures
Every therapy at ReEnergized carries inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks as described below and in your signed intake consent form. If you have questions about any risk, ask staff before your session.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
All HBOT sessions are 90 minutes. o2providers.com screening required before your first session. Fortius (2.0 ATA) requires a practitioner prescription on file. Risks include: barotrauma (ear, sinus, or lung pressure injury), oxygen toxicity, temporary vision changes (nearsightedness typically resolving approximately 6 weeks after your last session, farsightedness improvement), cataract maturation acceleration, serous otitis (fluid behind eardrums), numbness in the 4th and 5th fingers after extended protocols, fatigue, fire risk in pressurized environments, and in rare cases seizure or pneumothorax (collapsed lung).
Cold Plunge
Sessions limited to 2–5 minutes. Risks include: hypothermia, cardiac stress from cold shock response, elevated blood pressure, dizziness, and falls on wet surfaces. Not recommended for individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, Raynaud's disease, cold urticaria, or recent cardiac events.
Infrared Sauna
Maximum session: 40 minutes. Hydrate before and after. Risks include: dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, burns from direct contact with heating elements, dizziness upon standing, and low blood pressure. Not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with multiple sclerosis, hemophilia, or heat sensitivity conditions.
Halotherapy (Salt Room)
Risks include: coughing or respiratory irritation in individuals with severe asthma or active respiratory infection. Generally well-tolerated. Inform staff of active respiratory conditions.
Compression Therapy
Risks include: discomfort from pressure, potential dislodgement of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in individuals with undiagnosed blood clots, skin irritation, and numbness. Not recommended for individuals with active DVT, severe peripheral vascular disease, or pulmonary embolism. Inform staff of any history of blood clots.
Red and Near-Infrared Light Therapy
Protective eyewear is provided and required. Risks include: eye exposure if eyewear is removed, skin sensitivity in photosensitive individuals, and mild warmth or redness. Some medications increase photosensitivity, including tetracyclines, sulfonamides, and certain acne treatments. Inform staff of all medications.
Body Sculpting
Risks include: skin redness, mild bruising, temporary numbness at the treatment site, and warmth or tingling. Not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with implanted electronic devices in the treatment area.
BrainTap / Audio-Visual Entrainment
Risks include: potential to trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. Inform staff of any seizure history. Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, or disorientation.
Percussion and Cupping Therapy
Risks include: bruising, skin discoloration, and soreness. Not recommended over open wounds, fractures, or areas with active skin conditions.
Vibration Plate
Risks include: dizziness, falls, and joint discomfort. Not recommended for individuals with recent joint replacement, active fractures, or retinal detachment history.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy)
Risks include: mild tingling and warmth. Not recommended for individuals with implanted electronic devices (pacemakers, insulin pumps, deep brain stimulators) or during pregnancy.
Personal Property
ReEnergized is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Do not bring valuables into the studio. Lockers are provided as a courtesy and are not insured. The studio is not liable for items left in lockers, treatment rooms, or common areas.
Equipment and Products
ReEnergized does not manufacture the equipment, devices, or products used in or sold at the studio. We are not liable for product defects. Equipment is purchased, leased, or licensed from third-party manufacturers and provided as part of the wellness experience.
Privacy Practices
We collect personal information including your name, contact details, health history, assessment data (NeuralChek, WaviMed, SpO2, HRV scores), and payment information. This data is used to provide services, track your progress, and improve operations.
We do not sell your personal information.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@reenergized.com.
Anonymized and de-identified health data may be used for clinical research, quality improvement, and marketing as described in your signed intake consent form.
We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact privacy@reenergized.com for details.
Membership Freeze and Hold
- You may request a temporary membership freeze for documented medical reasons or extended travel (30 or more days away).
- Freeze requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
- Maximum freeze: 90 days per calendar year.
- Billing is suspended during approved freeze periods. HBOT session rollover windows are paused during the freeze.
- Freeze is not available during the first 30 days of membership.
- We may require documentation for medical freeze requests.
Session Booking and No-Show Policy
- Sessions may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are recorded.
- Three no-shows within any 30-day period may result in a membership review and potential loss of booking priority.
- HBOT chamber sessions that are no-showed cannot be rescheduled as makeup sessions within the same billing cycle.
Billing and Payment Details
Your membership is billed monthly via EFT/ACH by our billing provider (currently ClubReady LLC, 14515 N Outer 40 Rd, Ste 300, St. Louis MO 63017; subject to change per successors clause in your agreement).
You authorize recurring charges for dues, fees, and other amounts owed under your agreement. Charges may appear as "CLR REENERGIZED" on your bank statement.
You agree to receive advance notice only when the amount due differs by more than $50 from your most recent payment.
Late payment fee: $20. Returned payment fee (NSF, declined card): $25. Default: 90 days past due.

Minors and Guardians
- Members under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all membership, consent, and acknowledgment forms.
- A guardian must be present in the studio during all sessions for members under 16.
- HBOT for minors requires both guardian consent and a practitioner prescription on file.
- Minors may not use the cold plunge without a guardian present and written consent.
Code of Conduct
- All members and guests are expected to treat staff and other members with respect.
- Harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
- ReEnergized is an inclusive environment.
- Photography or recording of other members without their consent is prohibited.
- Members who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of substances will be denied access to all therapies.
Force Majeure
If ReEnergized is unable to operate due to events beyond our control — including natural disaster, pandemic, government order, fire, utility failure, or similar circumstances — billing will be suspended for the duration of the closure.
No refunds will be issued for the interrupted billing period. Instead, your membership will be extended by the number of days of closure at no additional cost.
Medical Clearance Advisory
We strongly recommend that all new members consult with their personal physician before beginning any therapy program at ReEnergized, particularly if you:
- Have pre-existing health conditions
- Are pregnant or may become pregnant
- Are over age 65
- Have not been physically active recently
ReEnergized staff are wellness professionals, not medical providers. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
If you experience any adverse reaction to any therapy, inform staff immediately and consult your physician.
Dress Code
- Proper athletic or casual attire is required.
- For HBOT above 1.5 ATA: 100% cotton clothing required. Patient gowns are provided.
- No synthetic fabrics in HBOT chambers.
- Shoes removed before entering any chamber.
- No swimwear outside of the cold plunge area.
Image Use
While on ReEnergized premises, your image (including live or recorded video) may be captured and used on the ReEnergized website, social media, or marketing materials.
If you wish to opt out, submit a written request to the front desk. Your opt-out will be noted in your member file.
This does not apply to security camera footage, which is maintained for safety purposes only.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved first through informal discussion with a ReEnergized manager.
If unsuccessful, by non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the then-current Commercial Dispute Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) at a location near Long Beach, California.
You and ReEnergized agree that claims may be brought only in your or our individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Arbitration opt-out: If you do not wish to be bound by the arbitration provision, you may opt out by sending written notice to ReEnergized at 4434 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach CA 90804 within 90 days of signing your membership agreement.
Mediation costs split equally. Arbitration costs borne by ReEnergized as determined by the arbitrator.
Right to Modify
ReEnergized reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or substitute therapies, equipment, products, amenities, operating hours, session allocations, rollover windows, guest-pass terms, pricing for new members, and other operational details at any time with 30 days written notice to current members.
Notice will be posted at this URL and emailed to the address on file.
Continued use of the studio after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
If a modification materially reduces the core services of your membership level, you may cancel without penalty within 30 days of the notice.
No single therapy, product, or amenity constitutes the basis of any membership agreement.
Successors and Assigns
Your membership agreement binds and benefits REENERGIZED INC, a Wyoming S corporation, d/b/a ReEnergized, and its successors and assigns.
If we change billing providers, your payment authorization transfers automatically without requiring a new signature.
Severability
If any provision of these policies or your membership agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
