Hyperbaric oxygen activates fibroblasts and stimulates collagen synthesis. Across the dermatology literature, courses of HBOT improve skin elasticity, reduce scar formation, and accelerate epithelialization — the same mechanisms that drive visible signs of aging in reverse.

The Shamir trial used 60 sessions at 2.0 ATA, 90 minutes each, 5 days per week — mirrored by our 60-session Telomere Protocol™. The 40-session Accelerator is a strong starting course for clients new to HBOT.
How soon are results visible?
Energy, sleep quality, and skin tone often shift in the first 15–25 sessions. Telomere and senescent-cell changes documented in the literature required the full 60-session course.
Is HBOT safe long-term?
Yes — when delivered by trained operators with appropriate screening. Standard contraindications apply (untreated pneumothorax, certain ear conditions, specific chemotherapy regimens). We screen every client before starting.
Does HBOT replace other longevity interventions?
