t-HBOT · Targeted Hyperbaric

Aim the
oxygen.

Conventional HBOT delivers oxygen everywhere and waits. Targeted HBOT pairs the chamber with FDA-cleared photobiomodulation pads on the area of concern, focusing the dissolved plasma oxygen exactly where you want it. Lower pressures. Fewer sessions. Faster localized response.

Advantage 01

Focused dose

Light becomes a beacon. Oxygen concentrates where it's needed.

Conventional HBOT raises plasma oxygen system-wide, then waits for diffusion to do the rest. t-HBOT places FDA-cleared photobiomodulation pads directly on the target tissue — a recovering shoulder, a post-surgical incision, a concussed region of the skull — and the photonic energy preferentially mobilizes the dissolved oxygen at that site. You're still getting full-body benefit; you're just stacking a localized response on top of it.

Advantage 02

Lower pressure, equivalent local effect

Mild-chamber pressures behave like clinical-depth pressures at the target.

Because the light pads concentrate the metabolic effect, milder pressures (1.3–1.5 ATA) can produce localized outcomes similar to what would normally require deeper hard-chamber sessions. For clients who can't tolerate higher pressures — or who want the comfort of a softer chamber — t-HBOT closes most of the gap.

Advantage 03

1–3 sessions per week, not daily

Compatible with a real schedule.

The biggest practical obstacle to traditional HBOT is the cadence: daily sessions for 4–8 weeks. Most professionals can't make that math work. t-HBOT typically runs 1–3 sessions per week — enough to drive sustained local outcomes without taking over your calendar. It's the protocol most of our working professionals and athletes-in-season choose.

Common Questions

t-HBOT, in plain English.

What is t-HBOT?

Targeted Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy — the combination of pressurized oxygen with FDA-cleared low-level light therapy applied to a specific area, so the dissolved plasma oxygen does its work where you want it most.

Is the light therapy safe inside a chamber?

Yes. We use medical-grade pads designed for use in pressurized environments, with controlled output rated for skin contact and prolonged exposure.

Can I combine t-HBOT with regular HBOT?

Absolutely. Many clients run a foundational 40-hour HBOT course for systemic benefit, then layer t-HBOT for a recurring injury or area of focus.

How does pricing compare?

t-HBOT sessions are priced similarly to standard 1.5 ATA sessions — see our cost guide for full per-session and protocol pricing.

Got an area you want to target?

Bring your situation. We'll build the t-HBOT cadence around it — most clients run 1–3 sessions per week.
